We are committed to providing you with the best possible dental care. Upon completing your examination, we will thoroughly discuss all treatment options. Once a treatment plan is determined, our front desk staff will take the time to provide detailed explanation of the costs of proposed treatment as well as insurance benefits.
We are always happy to work with your insurance by sending out pretreatment requests and will provide written proposals and estimates whenever needed. Whenever there may be a question or concern, we are always happy to review and discuss these details as needed. We strive to make ourselves as easily accessible as possible.
Insurance- Participating Providers
Anytime you utilize a participating provider for your dental treatment needs you are able to maximize your insurance benefits. Currently, our office participates with the following insurance plans:
- Delta Dental Premier
- BCBS indemnity
- Connection Dental
- Altus Dental
- Cigna DPPO
However, there are so many insurance plans out there that we realize it is not always easy to determine if we are in or out of network. Our office manager, Barbara, is always happy to assist with this question. If you should be interested in finding out if we are in your network, please feel free to contact the office with your specific plan information and she would be happy to assist you with this matter.
Payment Options
Payment is due at time of services, unless payment arrangements have been made in advance with the business staff. We accept cash, checks, debit card or credit card payment.
